In the heart of the old town on Freyung square, one of Vienna's most atmospheric Christmas markets awaits you: the Old Viennese Christmas Market. Between historic palaces and festively decorated stalls, you will find traditional handicrafts, delicious gingerbread, punch, and Christmas music.
The Vienna Christmas Market at the Rathausplatz is the festive heart of the city and an absolute highlight during christmas time. Here you will find a glittering Christmas world with over 100 stalls full of culinary delights, traditional handicrafts, and sparkling lights.
At the Vienna Ice Skating Club on Heumarkt, you can enjoy ice skating in the heart of the city – with a view of the magnificent concert hall. On around 6,000 m², you can relax and do a few laps or try your hand at figure skating, ice dancing, ice hockey, freestyle, or curling.
